| The Royse City Earlybird Rotary Club invites you to join your neighbors in proudly displaying the American Flag in front of your home on six (6) selected flag holidays. This flag program gives Royse City residents an opportunity to show their pride and love for our country in a very convenient way. In exchange for an annual subscription price of $35.00, we will place a 3-foot x 5-foot American Flag on a 10-foot pole approximately 18 inches from the curb near your front walk. A plastic pipe installed in the ground just below the surface will hold the flag in place and will be low enough that it will not interfere with regular lawn maintenance. We will make every effort to place flags according to standard flag etiquette by placing flags after sunrise and removing before sundown on the designated holidays. Seeing these flags lined up along the streets in Royse City is truly an impressive site so we encourage you to talk to your neighbors and get everyone involved!
